Your 1-Stop Monster Shop!
Monsters On Main is the place to find classic horror, sci-fi, and fantasy collectibles. It’s where we invite “Monster Kids” young and mold to “shop till they drop.” A visit to our store and exclusive “Chamber of Horrors” mini movie room is like taking a nostalgic trip through time and into a classic horror movie wonderland.
We’re Van Buren’s own Little Shop of Horrors!
Monsters On Main (MOM) offers for sale a wide range of collectibles, including action figures of many sizes, blind boxes, statues, busts, coin banks, model kits, wall décor, DVDs and VHS videos, books, collector cards, pin-back buttons, cryptid monster T-shirts and sweatshirts, enamel pins and embroidered patches, as well as both new and pre-owned vintage monster magazines.
More than a store whose inventory includes over 2,000 different items, visitors can have their special fortune told by our life-size Zoltar (just as he appeared in the Tom Hanks movie Big!), while pinball enthusiasts can command the flippers on premium Godzilla and King Kong machines.
Monsters On Main’s mini movie room features a high-end surround sound system and backlighting and shows feature films starring Bela Lugosi, Boris Karloff, Lon Chaney, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Godzilla and its kaiju foes, and many other classic horror/sci-fi legends from notable directors and top studios. Also, see our collection of custom, one-of-a-kind museum-quality pieces and prop replicas on display.
This traditional storefront on historic Main Street allows us to develop and maintain a strong connection with Van Buren and Fort Smith residents in Arkansas’ River Valley and attract tourists and monster enthusiasts from around the globe.
Monsters On Main is an expansion of MyMovieMonsters.com, our collectibles website launched in 1999, and is an outlet for our two award-winning publications: Scary Monsters magazine (est. 1991) and Castle of Frankenstein magazine (est. 1962). Both magazine titles are available in-store and can be ordered at monsters-on-main.com. They can also be found at Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million bookstores in the U.S., Chapters/Indigo in Canada, at select international retail stores, and at many comic shops throughout the solar system.
