As the legend goes, at some point in time the band mates of X-Ray Mary figured out they all still have a love of toys. Eventually the toys began to take over (as usual), and from then on when they were out on tour they would spend time looking for Toy Stores they could visit. While on the move from town to town for the next show the search for toy stores had even taken precedent even over finding the best place to eat, which was also super important.
Lore states that in one day while on tour they were able to visit four toy stores. Wow, Helluva Day! Now with tours on hold for a bit, they decided to aim the energy at the podcast world…

The best segment of their podcast (IMO) is when in each episode they highlight a Toy Store they have visited, The Store Tour! For the premiere episode they revisit The Toy Pit in Indianapolis, Indiana. Other episodes they visit Corner Collectibles and A to Z Toys & Collectibles. ToyStoreGuide.com does not currently have profiles for these two spots but we have reached out to them to see if they want in.
In their latest episode (at the time of this write up) they talk about Kokomo Toys and Collectibles in Kokomo, Indiana. Can’t wait to see what they cover in episode 5.
It’s very exciting for us here at the Toy Store Guide to follow the Cracktastic Plastic podcast.
